Developer growth, from idea to participation.

Six examples of how I have built open-source programs, AI developer ecosystems, communities, product-led events, regional growth systems, and technical content.

Social Summer of Code

5K+ Participants

The challenge

For many students and first-time contributors, open source feels difficult to enter. Repositories may be public, but the path from interest to a meaningful first contribution is rarely clear.

What I built

A multi-week contributor program with structured onboarding, project discovery, mentorship, community support, and a clear journey from learning to shipping.

My role

I founded and organized the program, shaped its participant experience, brought contributors and maintainers together, and created the community layer around the code.

Outcome

Social Summer of Code grew into a 5K+ participant program that gave new contributors a practical entry point into open source and helped them stay connected after their first contribution.

Endless Domains community

0→1 Community system

The challenge

Digital identity is a technical idea that needs more than promotion. Endless Domains needed a developer-facing community system that could turn the product story into local participation, education, and advocacy.

What I built

A community strategy supported by an ambassador system, repeatable event playbooks, university activations, ecosystem partnerships, and educational developer content.

My role

I worked across developer marketing and community, connecting the product narrative with programs people could join, run, and share across the Web3 ecosystem.

Outcome

The work established a repeatable foundation for community growth, giving Endless Domains a way to activate developers through people, campuses, events, and useful content.

Daytona India developer GTM

India Market development

The challenge

Daytona needed a locally relevant way to build awareness and trust with developers in India. The product story had to connect with active open-source, AI, university, and developer-community ecosystems.

What I built

An India-facing GTM motion spanning community-led awareness, developer-club activations, workshops, university relationships, product education, and ecosystem partnerships.

My role

As a Community Pacer, I represented Daytona across Indian developer communities, localized its narrative around open source and AI, hosted educational programs, and connected builders with the product and team.

Outcome

The work created a repeatable regional channel for developer awareness, education, direct feedback, and community relationships, helping Daytona become more visible and understandable to builders across India.

Quira growth and acquisition

India Regional growth

The challenge

Quira needed a trusted path into India’s developer ecosystem, one that could acquire new community members while building relationships strong enough to support long-term participation.

What I built

Local events, workshops, university relationships, and an ambassador program that identified strong student leaders, gave them mentorship, and connected their communities to Quira.

My role

I grew from an initial hackathon partnership into India Lead Ambassador and DevRel, representing the team externally, building local relationships, and helping shape the ambassador program from the ground up.

Outcome

The program became a structured regional growth and acquisition channel. It expanded Quira’s developer community in India while giving ambassadors the support and ownership needed to lead repeatable local activation.

Drizz developer education

30 Published articles

The challenge

Vision AI and mobile test automation solve technical problems that developers already understand through tools such as Appium, selectors, frameworks, and device testing. Drizz needed content that could connect those familiar problems to a new product category.

What I built

A technical content series covering Flutter automation, vision language models, mobile testing frameworks, Appium, Android, iOS, and the maintenance problems behind traditional test suites.

My role

I worked as a technical product writer, turning product knowledge and mobile testing concepts into practical, search-friendly articles published through the Drizz DEV Community publication.

Outcome

The publication created a discoverable education layer around Drizz. The articles gave developers useful standalone guidance while connecting mobile testing problems to the company’s Vision AI approach.

Agentr and Webcmd developer growth

AI Developer ecosystem

The challenge

Webcmd was introducing infrastructure for AI agents to interact with the web more reliably and efficiently. The developer challenge was to make a new technical workflow understandable, useful, and easier to adopt.

What I built

A developer-growth motion combining community, education, partnerships, hands-on support, and practical guidance for builders creating web-enabled AI agents.

My role

As Head of Developer Growth, I connected the product with developers, supported adoption, gathered feedback, and turned recurring questions into clearer tools, documentation, and workflows.

Outcome

The work established an early developer feedback and education loop around Webcmd, helping builders understand how to build, deploy, and scale agents that interact with real web workflows.

The common system

Useful before promotional.

Across all six case studies, the work starts with a useful developer experience and connects it to a repeatable growth system.

01

Understand

Start with the developer, the workflow, and the real reason they would participate.

02

Design

Turn product value into a clear program, narrative, event, or community journey.

03

Activate

Use hands-on experiences, trusted partners, and direct support to create momentum.

04

Repeat

Build playbooks, leaders, content, and feedback loops that keep the system growing.

Build the next case study

Turn developer attention into momentum.
